Heading inside Media & Text block doesn't inherit parent font size setting in Twenty Seventeen theme.

Description
Steps to reproduce the issue :-
- Choose Twenty Seventeen theme.
- Choose Media & Text block.
- Add some text.
- Now take heading inside media & text block.
- Change font-size from the parent from the Media & Text block settings.
You can able to see that your applied font size are only updated with the paragraph and your heading font size is not changed.

I'm calling this 'invalid' because the headings should not inherit font size from a parent block, as I already stated on #60667 for the Cover block.
When the heading's selected font size does not fit with the rest of the block, you must edit the font size setting on the Heading block instead.
